INTRODUCTION

TO CLAY

During this 3 hour session you will learn the basics of handling and decorating clay in a creative environment of our workshop!

After your pieces properly dry, they'll be getting a coat of glaze, fired in our kiln and ready for pick-up. (please note the process of drying and firing can take up to 3 weeks).

• Learn the basic handbuilding techniques

• Create up to three* objects of your choice (mug, plate, bowl, etc.)

• Decorate up to three* of your pieces using engobe

• Have a go at the pottery wheel
